U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, has commenced a civil action against Lee. A. Plummer. The action is captioned U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust v. Plummer, Case Number 2:20-cv-00171-JDL, and is pending in the United States District Court for the District of Maine, 156 Federal Street, Portland, Maine 04101. In the action, U.S. Bank Trust seeks to foreclose on certain real property located at 25 Minott Street, Unit No. 9, Colonial Village of South Portland Condominium, South Portland, Maine 04104, pursuant to a mortgage recorded in the Cumberland County Registry of Deeds at Book 19728, Page 165. As set forth in the order on U.S. Bank Trust’s motion for service by publication, U.S. Bank Trust has satisfied the requirements for service by publication. U.S. Bank Trust must publish this order once a week for three consecutive weeks in the newspaper The Garden Island.

You (Lee A. Plummer) must appear and serve an answer to the complaint or a motion under Rule 12 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure upon U.S. Bank Trust, through its attorneys, Doonan, Graves & Longoria, at 100 Cummings Center, Suite 303C, Beverly, Massachusetts 01915. The answer must also be filed with the court within 41 days after the first publication in the newspaper. If you fail to respond, judgement by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
