Filed, Application of Judith Jardine and David Jardine for Informal Appointment of Co-Personal Representatives. Any interested person who objects to Co-Applicants’ appointment as Co-Personal Representatives or desires notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, must file a Demand for Notice per HRS § 560:3-204 to the undersigned counsel.
Further, all creditors of the above-named estate are notified that any and all claims which they have against the estate, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to Sheryll Bonilla, Esq. at the address below, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
