OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Shioi Construction, Inc. of that certain Tenant Improvements situated at 2956 Aukele Street, Lihue, Hawaii 96766, TMK: 3-5-003-018, has been completed.
