NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Leonard Lyons of Lyons Construction, LLC; of that certain Hale Ho’omalu Family Center Expansion Renovations Project Phase 1 and 2, situated at Kapaa, Kauai, TMK: 4-5-003:017, has been completed.
