COMPLETION OF
CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Earthworks Pacific, Inc. of that certain Mass Grading and Infrastructure for Townhomes situated at Lihue, Hawaii, TMK: (4) 3-5-01: 220 and (4)3-5-004:701 to 710, (4)3-5-001:027, has been completed.
