NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Silliman Construction of that certain 1-story single family residence & attached carport, situated at 4709 Pelehu Road, Unit A, Kapaa, HI 96746, TMK: 4-6-016-006-0002, has been completed.
