NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Earthworks Pacific, Inc. of that certain Kainani Phaase 2 Subdivision situated at Poipu, Koloa, Kauai, Hawaii, TMK: (4)2-6-021:005, has been completed.
