NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Southside Construction LLC of that certain Tenant Improvement – Hokulei Village, Suite 510 situated at 4454 Nuhou Street, Unit 510, Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii 96766, TMK: 3-3-003-046-0003, has been completed.
