OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Earthworks Pacific, Inc. of that certain Utility & Roadway Infrastructure for Residential Subdivision situated at Kalihiwai & Kalihikai, Hanalei, Kauai, Hawaii, TMK: (4) 5-3-06:26 through 40, 42 and 44, has been completed.
