OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Ka’iwa Construction Inc. of that certain Improvements situated at Kalawai Park, Kalaheo & Anahola Clubhouse Park, Anahola, Hawaii, TMK: 4-8-15:48 & 2-4-05:13, has been completed.
