OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Earthworks Pacific, Inc. of that certain Construct earthen reservoir, spillway & steel catwalk for existing Upper Kapahi Reservoir situated at Kapahi, Kapaa, Kauai, Hawaii, TMK: (4) 4-6-007: 011, has been completed.
