OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Earthworks Pacific, Inc. of that certain Grading & Grassing of Land for Pioneer Hi-Bred situated at Kekaha, Kauai, Hawaii, TMK: (4) 1-2-02: 06 & 42, has been completed.
