OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Shioi Construction, Inc. of that certain Mokihana Resort Renovation situated at 4-796 Kuhio Hwy, Kapaa, Hawaii 96746, TMK: 4-3-007:011, has been completed.
