NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Brookfield Homes Hawaii Inc. of that certain New Residential Construction situated at 2611 Kiahuna Plantation Drive, Koloa, Kauai, HI 96756 – Building 2 (Units 2-A, 2-B, 2-C, 2-D, 2-E, 2-F, 2-G, 2-H, 2-I, 2-J, 2-K, 2-L, 2-M) at Pili Mai at Poipu, Hawaii, TMK: (4) 2-8-014-033, has been completed.
