Notice to remove abandoned property :
Smart AC LLC/STI Solar 1833 Kalakaua Ave. suite 406, Honolulu HI 96815, please arrange for the removal of Lumos Solar Equipment, stored at 5525 Kula Mauu St. Kapaa, HI 96746 since September of 2022.
The parts of the system being stored include one crate of panels, and metal beams. As it has been determined the contract is void the equipment needs to be removed by December 31, 2023. Equipment remaining at 5525 Kula Mauu St. on January 1, 2024 will be considered abandoned and the property of the land owner to dispose of as they see fit.
