Notice of Abandoned Vessel
HA 4119 F 26′ Cabin Motorboat
I, Hugh Dunaway, have had the above mentioned vessel on my property, located at 3548 Hanapepe Road, Kauai for approximately 11 years. The vessel was left there by Warren Wichman a friend of mine with a last known address of P.O. Box 1229, Kekaha, Kauai 96751. He has since moved from Kauai and I have been unable to locate him and am now in the process of moving. I am in need to contacting him because he has abandoned the vessel on my property.
