CHERYL JOHANNESSEN Cheryl Johannessen, age 79, of Lawai, HI, passed away on September 8, 2023. Cheryl is survived by her loving sons, Eric, Kurt, and Tor; as well as her cherished grandchildren, Nicholas, Jacob, Brooke, and Michael. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Olav "OJ" Johannessen. Remembered for her kindness, artistic talent, and contagious laugh, the Garden Island of Kauai will be less beautiful without her.
