NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Earthworks Pacific, Inc. of that certain Improvements to Existing Hanamaulu & Kapaia Wastewater Pump Stations situated at Lihue, Hawaii, TMK: (4) 03-07-03:012 and 03-08-02:012, has been completed.
