90-FOOT ANTENNAS ON THE HAWAII ARMY NATIONAL GUARD HANAPEPE READINESS CENTER PROPERTY, Comment Date: November 8, 2020, Reply Comment Date: December 8, 2020. The Hawaii Army National Guard (HIARNG) invites public input on the potential construction of two 90-foot antennas on the HIARNG Readiness Center property located at 1-3460 Kaumualii Highway, Hanapepe, Kauai County, Hawaii TMK: [4] 1-8-008:029 and 078. These antennae
will improve Hawaii communication for domestic
all-hazards preparedness, response, and recovery. The purpose of this notification is to gather public interest and concern in relation to potential environmental and community impacts of the proposed project in order to determine the correct path forward for compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
